This office building was developed prior to our decision to certify all our new developments. Designed on the core specifications of LEED, it prioritizes environmental responsibility. Key features include energy efficiency, water conservation through rainwater storage and reuse, a green roof, and high-quality indoor air for occupants. Sustain meticulously managed the entire project lifecycle, from site acquisition and conceptual design to construction and tenant handover.
